Bookings for the Honda ADV160, Honda Rebel 300, Honda XR300L and Honda XR300 Rally via the authorised Honda BigWing dealers have been started. These are unofficial bookings, i.e., dealer-level expressions of interest. Individuals who are interested in buying any of these models recently showcased for the Indian market may show interest by visiting the nearest BigWing dealership.
The first one is the Adventure maxi-scooter, the second is the Bobber-style motorcycle, the third is the Enduro motorcycle, and the fourth is the Rally motorcycle. As of now, the date for the launch of any of these isn’t confirmed by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India. Reports suggest that they will be available for sale in the Indian market around November 2026; however, the official confirmation is still pending.
The official bookings for these models may start in October 2026 if the manufacturer has made plans to launch them during the festive season. They won’t take orders through the authorised dealership but also through the company’s official website. To book any model, one may have to pay an amount, which will vary model to model. Since their unveiling many specifications and features have emerged for each; let’s take a closer look at them.
Honda ADV160
The upcoming adventure maxi-scooter ADV160 is powered by a 156.9cc single-cylinder, liquid- or water-cooled internal combustion engine with CVT automatic that can run on both pure petrol and E85 fuel. The ICE delivers 16.3 hp power and 14.9 Nm torque to accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in under 6 seconds, and the top speed may be 130 km/h.
Its dimensions are 1,950 mm, 760 mm, and 1,195 mm in length, width and height, respectively, with a 1,325 mm wheelbase, 8.1 litre fuel tank, 133 kg kerb weight, and 165 mm ground clearance. It’s a 5-inch TFT display with wireless connectivity via Honda RoadSync and a USB charging port on the centre of the handlebar for phone charging.
Honda Rebel 300
The Rebel 300 has a 286cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder ICE that may come with both a 6-speed manual and E-Clutch. Its engine output is 27 PS and 25 Nm torque. Equipped with alloy wheels with disc brakes with a double-channel anti-locking braking system. The front and rear suspension are the telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers, respectively, with the 690 mm seat height.
Reportedly, it can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in under 4 seconds. The front and rear wheels are set to 16-inch in size. It has a fuel tank capacity of 11.2 litres, and its kerb weight is 170 kg. Features a long and relaxed riding position, fat tyres, a round LED headlamp, an exposed engine, blacked-out components and a low-set exhaust.
Honda XR300L
The off-road motorcycle XR300L is equipped with the 293.5cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine mated with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Its power output and peak torque are 27 PS and 26 Nm, respectively. Reports confirm that the front and rear suspension are a long-travel telescopic fork and a Pro-Link monoshock, respectively, with disc brakes on both wheels.
21-inch and 18-inch wheels are certain as front and rear alloy wheels, respectively, with the 875 mm seat height and 255 mm ground clearance ensuring better off-roading capabilities. Features that are confirmed for this model are a 7.8-litre fuel tank, LCD instrument cluster, Honda Selectable Torque Control, and switchable dual-channel ABS.
Honda XR300 Rally
The adventure motorcycle Honda XR300 Rally has the same powertrain as the off-roader XR300L. The key differences between these two motorcycles are that it has a rally-style front fairing, a taller windscreen for better wind protection, hand/knuckle guards for safety during off-roading, a larger fuel tank for fewer refuelling stops, and a 5-inch TFT with wireless connectivity for navigation and call and SMS alerts.
Its front suspension is the same, but at the rear, it gets a gas-charged Pro-Link monoshock. This motorcycle is for those riders who are looking for more touring-friendly ergonomics. It has more kerb weight and seat height, but a little less ground clearance. After the launch, it will compete with the KTM 250 Adventure, the Suzuki V-Strom SX and the TVS Apache RTX 300.
