The Hyundai Bayon will make its debut in the Indian market on October 26, 2026. Two days before that the core specifications had been leaked for this ICE-powered sport utility vehicle. Reportedly, it will measure 4,245 mm, strengthening the earlier report of being positioned between the existing Venue and Creta in the brand’s lineup in the Indian market.

Among the dimensions details, not only the length but also the height, width, wheelbase, and ground clearance have been unofficially revealed. The upcoming Bayon is 1,810 mm wider and 1,605 mm taller with the roof rails. Its ground clearance stands at 205 mm, and the wheelbase, the distance between the axles, measures 2,600 mm.

Its wheelbase is better among the rivals in the segment. And its ground clearance is good enough that it enables this mid-size Hyundai SUV to manoeuvre conveniently even on rough terrain. Among the surfaced details, it is mentioned that the turning radius is 5.16 metres and features a fuel tank of 43 litres, ensuring fewer refuelling stops.

Large cargo capacity.

Reportedly, the upcoming Hyundai Bayon is a five-seater in 2-3 layout. The silhouette and proportions also reflect the same. Unofficially revealed details show that behind the second row, there’s a large boot space of 505 litres that can conveniently accommodate multi-big luggage.
