The Ferrari Amalfi Spider’s launch will happen on July 17, 2026. This convertible (soft-top) grand tourer is expected to cost ex-showroom around ₹4.5 crore thanks to the India-EU free trade agreement. Following the launch, it will compete with the Maserati GranCabrio Trofeo, the Mercedes-AMG SL 63 Roadster, and the Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet.
Built on aluminum spaceframe architecture featuring a front-mid-mounted ICE and rear-wheel-drive drivetrain. The front and rear suspensions are independent double wishbone and multi-link, respectively, with the Ferrari’s latest electronic chassis control system, Side Slip Control (SSC) 6.1, which maximizes grip, stability, agility, and performance.
All wheels will get carbon-ceramic brakes with brake-by-wire technology, which works with the anti-locking braking system, stability control, and traction control to ensure safe and powerful braking. Set to make its Indian debut with a seating capacity of 4 people in a 2-2 layout, it has a boot of 255 liters, but it reduces to 172 liters when the rooftop is stowed. The dimensions are as follows:

It gets a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 petrol internal combustion engine that is mated with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic, which delivers the peak power and torque of 640 hp (470 kW) at 7,500 rpm to 760 Nm at 3,000 rpm to 5,750 rpm, making the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration possible in 3.3 seconds and allowing it to sprint up to 200 km/h in 9.4 seconds. Its top speed is 320 km/h.
Outside, it has slim LED headlights connected by a black trim strip reflecting the Ferrari signature styling, a long and sculpted bonnet giving it a dynamic look and emphasizing the front-mid-engine layout, a side front bumper with air intakes to keep the internal combustion engine and brakes cool, and a retractable fabric roof that opens and closes in 13.5 seconds at speeds up to 60 kilometers per hour.
Other notable exterior features are the flush-type door handles to improve aerodynamics; flared wheel arches; A-pillar-mounted outside rear-view mirror with integrated blinkers; five-spoke alloy wheels; active air spoiler with low drag, medium downforce, and high downforce; slim twin LED taillights; quad exhaust; and rear bumper with aggressive diffuser.
It will feature a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel with a Ferrari logo, under which there’s a 15.6-inch digital instrument cluster, for certain. The center of the dashboard is all set to get a 10.25-inch central touchscreen infotainment system and will also feature an 8.8-inch front passenger display before the co-passenger seat for entertainment purposes.
The infotainment system is set to support a voice assistant, built-in navigation, and wireless multi-device via Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The option of a Burmester premium audio system may be standard for the Indian-spec model. Reportedly, both front seats are set to be electrically adjustable, heated, and ventilated, and also support massage functions. Other features it may get are:
- Double-zone climate control that helps in setting different temperatures for the driver and co-passenger,
- Level 2 advanced driving assistant system suite to make the driving semi-autonomous and stress-free.
- 360-degree camera to get the surround view, which makes parking easy.
- Wireless phone charging pad on the center console to charge the phone without plugging in the cable,
- Ambient light to enhance the mood in nighttime travel, and
- A total of six airbags to ensure the safety of each occupant in case of an accident.
