TVS Jupiter 125 Gets Two New Colours – Triple-Tone Matte Copper Bronze Debuts
The TVS Motor Company launched the TVS Jupiter 125 on May 24, 2026, in two new colour options that are Ivory triple-tone Matte Copper Bronze and double-tone Ivory Elite Green, whose ex-showroom price is ₹86,750 in New Delhi. These two new colour options have been added to the DT SXC variant, with the new colour addition now making the variant available in a total of four colours; the two existing colours are double-tone Ivory Bronze and Ivory Green.
They introduced the TVS Jupiter 125’s new triple-tone and double-tone colour options to add premiumness and make it more appealing to buyers looking for different colour options. The Ivory Matte Copper Bronze colour options come with the Ivory white base, matte copper bronze panels, and brown seat upholstery with the light brown floorboard accents, and the Ivory Elite Green has Ivory white body sections and soft elite green panels.
It is powered by a 124.8 cc four-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled engine featuring ECU-controlled ignition and an ET-Fi fuel injection system, whose bore and stroke are 53.5 mm × 55.5 mm. The engine’s output is 8.56 PS at 6500 rpm and 11.1 Nm at 4500 rpm. Its drivetrain is belt-drive, and its transmission is the CVT automatic. The ARAI-certified fuel efficiency is 52.91 km/l; with the fuel tank of 5.1 litres, it gives a range of 269.841 km.

The top speed goes up to 90 km/h, and acceleration timing for 0-40 km/h is just 3.79 seconds. Its length, width and height are 1852 mm, 681 mm and 1168 mm, respectively; a ground clearance of 163 mm ensures that the scooter passes the potholes and speed breakers easily; and the wheelbase of 1275 mm is quite long for the segment; it helps in keeping the two-wheeler stable even in case of high speed.
Its seat height is 765 mm, which is a comfortable seating position for individuals who are under the height of 5 feet 5 inches (165 cm), and the length of the seat is 790 mm, good enough that the rider and the pillion can sit comfortably. Under the seat, there is a boot space of 33 litres, which helps in carrying small bags and keeping the helmet(s) inside the cargo box when not riding.
The kerb weight is 108 kg; it is quite light in the segment, which ensures quicker manoeuvring in traffic and easier U-turns. Compared to its rivals, such as the Hero Destini 125 and Honda Activa 125, it is lighter but a little heavier than the Suzuki Access 125. It has legroom of 330 mm, featuring the longest footboard to ensure better driving ergonomics, and both its wheels are alloy, which measures 12 inches in size.
It is built on an underbone chassis, whose front suspension is telescopic forks and rear is a 3-step adjustable gas-charged monoshock, ensuring a comfortable riding experience. The front wheel brake is managed by a disc, which is more powerful than a drum and features better heat absorption, and the rear wheel’s is a drum, which is standard in the segment.
The scooter gets a fully digital reverse LCD display with the Bluetooth-enabled SmartXonnect system, which also supports a voice assistant. The screen shows turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, social media notifications, real-time mileage display, distance-to-empty readout and ride statistics. It also has a Find My Vehicle feature, which helps in seeing where the scooter is parked.
Up front, it has a wide LED headlamp with integrated daylight running lights; the lighting setup makes its front end look eye-catching. On the sides, the flat, spacious floorboard and body-coloured grab rail are clearly visible, and the rear features a sleek LED tail lamp, making the scooter recognisable even from the back.
