On August 18, 2026, Yamaha launched the refreshed versions of the Fascino 125 and RayZR Street Rally TFT. The manufacturer has introduced the former one with a new colour option and TFT display that supports navigation and wireless connectivity via smartphone. A total of four variants for the RayZR have been introduced; they are as follows.
- RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid Drum
- RayZR 125 Fi Hybrid Disc
- RayZR Street Rally LCD
- RayZR Street Rally TFT
Among them, the first three have received only a new colour option, and the last one also has a TFT display. The ex-showroom price for the first one is ₹79,880 and for the second is ₹87,680; for these two there are three new colour options available: metallic black, dark matte blue and ice fluo vermillion.
The third one costs ₹93,930 and is offered with Matte Titan and Matte Black colour options, and the fourth is priced at ₹100,440 with Ice Fluo Vermillion and Matte Black. On the other hand, the updated Fascino has three trims, which are the following.
- Fascino 125 Drum
- Fascino 125 Disc
- Fascino S
Of the three, the first two have new colour options, and the last one also has fresh styling. The Drum variant is priced ex-showroom at ₹78,980 with the colour option of Yellow Cocktail; the Disc costs ₹91,070, and it is available in three colour options: Metallic Light Green, Cool Blue Metallic and Matte Black; and the S is available for ₹91,070 with the only Metallic Orangish Grey colour.
Besides the above upgrades and improvements, these scooters remain the same in the rest. The length is 1,880 mm and height is 1,180 mm for the RayZR, and the same for the Fascino is 1,920 mm and 1,150 mm. Their width, wheelbase and ground clearance are 685 mm, 1,280 mm and 145 mm, respectively; even their fuel tank capacity remains 5.2 litres and kerb weight 99 kg.
Both of these models are powered by a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke SOHC internal combustion engine that is mated with a continuously variable transmission, and it delivers the power of 8.2 PS at 6,500 rpm and 10.3 Nm at 5,000 rpm. They also have a Smart Motor Generator hybrid system, which helps with power assist and silent engine starting and also acts as a start-stop system.
They have a top speed of 90 kmph and give a real-world fuel economy of 50 kmph in ideal conditions. Notably, the acceleration timing for 0 to 40 km/h is 3.83 seconds for the RayZR, but the same for the Fascino is 4.1 seconds. Both underpin underbone-type scooter chassis, whose front and rear suspension are a telescopic fork and a unit swing, respectively.
Get a 12-inch front alloy wheel and a 10-inch rear with 90/90 and 110/90 tubeless tyres, respectively. Depending on the trims, get a 190mm disc or drum brake at the front; a drum is standard at the rear for both. Also features a Unified Brake System, which distributes braking force between the wheels to improve braking stability and rear-wheel locking chance.
They both have a modern appearance with LED headlights and taillights and a large single-piece seat with enhanced seating comfort for the rider and pillion. Grab rails are present on both models for the pillions’ secure handhold and foldable footpegs for leg support. A floating and spacious footboard on both models also helps in carrying small luggage.
The under-seat storage for them is 21.5 litres, good enough for carrying the school or college bag. Notably, the space can easily accommodate up to two helmets. The side and centre stand are available for both scooters for parking.
