Brezza Gets Turbo, Fronx Goes Hybrid: 4 Maruti SUVs Coming H2 2026

The Indian automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch four sports utility vehicles in the second half of 2026; the list includes the Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift, Maruti Suzuki Fronx Hybrid, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Facelift, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-Seater. Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift

Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is expected to be launched in the Indian market between July and September 2026 with the ex-showroom price between 9 and 15 lakh rupees. They are all set to be introduced with exterior tweaks and interior upgrades, such as a revised bumper, an upgraded grille, a large infotainment system, and others.

Reportedly, they will offer it with a new internal combustion engine, the 1.0 BoosterJet Turbo Petrol, which may be mated with the six-speed manual gearbox, which delivers the power of 100 PS and peak torque of 147.6 Nm. The 1.5L K15C Smart Hybrid Petrol with 5MT and 6AT gearbox options is set to be continued, with a power output of 103 PS and torque of 137 Nm.

Maruti Suzuki Fronx Hybrid

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx Hybrid is expected to be introduced with an ex-showroom price of 10 to 14 lakh rupees in late 2026. The interior and exterior are all set to be the same as the original ICE counterpart but with a few upgrades. The length is 3,995 mm, width is 1,765 mm, height is 1,550 mm, wheelbase is 2,520 mm, and ground clearance is 190 mm.

Under the hood, it gets a 1.2-litre petrol internal combustion engine, which is mated with an e-CVT. It features a front-wheel drive configuration. The power output is 120 PS and peak torque is 220 Nm; it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under 12 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 170 km/h. Its fuel efficiency is most anticipated to be around 35 kmpl.

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Facelift

The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Facelift will be available for sale with an ex-showroom price of 10 to 22 lakh rupees, with its launch anticipated to be introduced most probably in the festive season of 2026. Like the other two facelifts, it will also be introduced with exterior and interior changes, including a revised bumper, tweaked headlights, and new and soft trims on the dashboard.

The length is 4,345 mm, the width is 1,795 mm, and the height is 1,645 mm. The ground clearance is 2,600 mm, and the ground clearance is 210 mm. The cabin is set to feature a powered driver’s seat, a wireless charger, a head-up display, a powered tailgate, premium upholstery, 6 airbags standard, an Electronic Stability Program, and a 360-degree camera.

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-Seater

The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-Seater is set to be introduced in the Indian market with both pure petrol and hybrid powertrains. The launch in India will happen in late 2026 with the ex-showroom price starting from 14 lakh rupees and going up to 26 lakh rupees. It is set to come with a longer wheelbase and rear overhang, larger rear quarter glass, and a redesigned rear section.

The cabin is all set to feature a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a powered driver’s seat, a wireless charger, a 360-degree camera, and premium leatherette upholstery; and for safety, it is set with 6 airbags standard, an electronic stability program, and hill hold assist. The pure petrol may feature a mileage of 14 kmpl, and the hybrid’s fuel efficiency is expected to be around 25 kmpl.
