2026 QJ Motor SRV 300 Launched in India at ₹3.29 Lakh: New Colours, V-Twin Cruiser

The Chinese motorcycle manufacturer QJ Motor has launched the updated SRV 300, a classic entry-level cruiser, in the Indian market on May 4, 2026, with a few minor changes in design and two new colour options. It is named the 2026 model, whose ex-showroom price is 3.29 lakh rupees in New Delhi; the on-road cost in the capital city is 3.72 lakh rupees.

The new colour options for the 2026 model are Glossy Red and Matte Black; the first one is more eye-catching as it shines brightly even in the sunlight, and the latter is more intimidating and stylish with the aggressive cruiser look. Its main competitors are the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, the Jawa 42 Bobber and the Keeway V302C. Let’s have a closer look at the 2026 model of the QJ Motor SRV 300.

Engine & Specification

The motorcycle is powered by a 296cc V-twin liquid-cooled 4-stroke 8-valve SOHC engine, whose power output is 30.3 hp (30.72 PS) at 9,000 rpm and peak torque is 26 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The top speed is 135 km/h, and its acceleration time for 0-100 km is 10.8 seconds. The engine is bolted to the 6-speed manual gearbox with a 1-down and 5-up pattern.

It features a wet multiplate (with slipper clutch), an electronic fuel injection (EFI) system and a chain drive drivetrain. The ARAI-certified range is 35 kmpl, but the fuel efficiency for city riding and highway cruising is 29–32 kmpl and 33–37 kmpl, respectively. The SRV 300’s real-world efficiency is 32 kmpl, so with the full fuel tank, it gives a range of 432 km.

Chassis & Underpinnings

The bike is built on a bassinet-type frame; the front and rear suspension are telescopic upside-down forks and dual telescopic coil-spring oil-damped shocks, respectively. The front wheel gets a 280 mm single disc brake, and the rear features a 240 mm single disc. They come with dual-channel ABS, which prevents the wheel from locking up during emergency braking.

It comes with twelve-spoke alloy wheels with a size of 16 inches for the front and 15 inches for the rear. The front tyre size is 120/80, and the rear is 150/80. Here, the 120 and the 150 are the widths of the tyres in mm, and 80 is the sidewall height as a percentage of the tyre’s width.

Dimensions & Capabilities

The length, width, and height are 2110 mm, 850 mm, and 1100 mm, respectively, giving it a bold road presence. The wheelbase of 1400 mm is quite long, and it enhances its stability at high speeds, and the seat height of 700 mm gives a comfortable riding position for the individual with a height of 5’0″ to 5’4”.

The ground clearance of 160 mm ensures that the motorcycle passes the potholes and speed breakers easily. The kerb weight of 164 kg is quite manageable and can be easily handled even in city traffic. The fuel tank capacity is 13.5 litres, making long highway cruising possible with a single refuelling, and the fuel reserve is 2.7 litres to prevent the bike from running out.

Design & Features

The motorcycle features a low-slung silhouette with a teardrop-shaped fuel tank for modern styling; its front and rear fenders are exposed, giving a chunky bobber look. It comes with the dual-exhaust setup, which gives it the look of high-capacity American cruisers. It gets round LED headlights that are integrated with the DRLs (daylight running lights).

It has a fully digital instrument cluster that shows speed, gear position, fuel level, time, and trip details; the display supports Bluetooth connectivity for navigation, call alerts, messages, music control, and others.
