The Volkswagen ID.3 GTI is introduced to the global market as the most powerful Volkswagen car with the GTI in the ID series. This is the first time a GTI version from this German carmaker has arrived with the rear-wheel-drive drivetrain. The Volkswagen ID.3 GTI’s length, width and height are 4,290 mm, 1,809 mm, and 1,560 mm, respectively, with the wheelbase of 2,764 mm. These dimensions give it a proportion of mid-size hatchback and strong road presence. A total of 5 exterior color options are offered for the model; they are Moonstone Grey, Scale Silver, Grenadilla Black, Glacier White, and Tornado Red.
The first four color options are also available for the Volkswagen ID.3 Neo, but the last one is exclusively for the GTI version of the car. Upfront, it has GTI branding, a sporty bumper, LED lighting, a GTI-inspired grille, and a red GTI stripe. The sides have multiple gloss-black elements, including rocker panels and an exterior rearview mirror. Sit on 20-inch Wörthersee alloy wheels. The rear has a sporty bumper and large spoiler.

Its cabin has a red and black theme and gets sporty seats with the Superclark check pattern. The infotainment system is integrated with a 480-watt Harman Kardon audio system for an immersive audio experience. The company says that this car takes 5.6 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph, and its maximum speed is 200 kmph. The tested performance figures will emerge after the market launch. Four driving modes are available for this car; they are Eco, Comfort, Sport, and Individual.
This upcoming Volkswagen GTI electric car is equipped with launch control that helps for rapid acceleration, progressive steering for a responsive steering feel, and an adaptive damper for suspension control.
