Before 2027, the Indian motorcycle manufacturer Royal Enfield may launch five bikes in the Indian market. They are Himalayan 440, Continental GT 750, Himalayan 750, Interceptor 750, and Flying Flea S6. Notably, the date for the first one is officially confirmed by the manufacturer; for the last four there’s no official confirmation. They are highly anticipated to go on sale in the Indian market before the year 2027 appears on the calendar.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 440
Royal Enfield has officially confirmed that they will launch the Himalayan 440 on September 4, 2026, which is powered by a 443cc, single-cylinder LS440 internal combustion engine that supports air/oil cooling. This engine is mated with a 6-speed gearbox, which delivers the power of 25.4 hp at 6,250 rpm and 34 Nm at 4,000 rpm.
Its front wheels are 21-inch and the rear have 17-inch, with the solid disc brake for powerful braking. Its front suspension is a telescopic fork with long travel, and the rear is a monoshock. The double-channel anti-locking braking system is anticipated to prevent wheel locking. As of now, there’s no word on its price. It cost ex-showroom ₹2.5 lakh.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750
The Royal Enfield may launch the Continental GT 750 in December 2026; after the launch it will compete with the BSA Gold Star 650, Kawasaki Z650RS, and Triumph Thruxton 400. The brand is yet to unveil the model; reports suggest that the unveiling will take place at EICMA and then the market launch with the ex-showroom price around ₹3.8 lakh will happen shortly.
No details regarding its powertrain are available in the public domain from the makers. Reportedly, it will have a 750cc parallel-twin with a 6-speed manual gearbox in the pattern of 1-down and 5-ups that may generate the power up to 55 hp. Twin shock absorbers at the rear with single disc and Telescopic fork at the front with double disc is certain. The wheel size is 19 inches at both ends.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750
Royal Enfield may unveil the Himalayan 750 alongside the Continental GT 750 at the EICMA. Its launch for the Indian market is expected in November 2026, shortly after the unveiling. Following the launch, it will be the second model within the Himalayan lineup. Reports suggest that it will be available with the spoke and alloy wheels. Between the handlebars, it’s set to have a round TFT display.
The ride-by-wire throttle is certain. Other notable things that we are set to see on it are 19-inch and 17-inch front and rear wheels, respectively. Two features that are reported to be offered with this motorcycle are the switchable traction control and dual-channel ABS. It also features full LED lighting, including headlamps, taillamps, and blinkers. Set to have a high-mounted exhaust.
Royal Enfield Interceptor 70
Royal Enfield will launch the Interceptor 750 in late December 2026, but official confirmation is still awaited. The front and rear suspension are a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers, respectively. It will have a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, similar to the Interceptor 650. A 5-inch round TFT Tripper display with Google Maps navigation and Bluetooth connectivity is confirmed.
Likely to be powered by a 750cc parallel-twin internal combustion engine with a six-speed manual transmission. The power output and peak torque are 55 bhp and 60 Nm, respectively. It is set to feature alloy wheels at both ends with a single disc at the rear and dual discs at the front. After its market launch, it will compete with the Kawasaki Z650RS, Honda CB650R, and Triumph Speed Twin 900.
Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6
Royal Enfield is also expected to launch the Flying Flea S6 electric scrambler-style motorcycle by the end of 2026. It will debut with six different riding modes, including off-road and custom. Set to feature traction control and an anti-locking braking system at both wheels. A 3.5-inch round TFT touchscreen set to be visible before the rider’s eyes, a wireless phone charging pad, and an Enduro-style seat.
Set to get a permanent-magnet synchronous motor near the swingarm pivot, which may deliver the power of 20.9 hp. Likely to be equipped with the 3.9 kWh lithium-ion battery that may give the IDC range of around 150 km. It will have a long, flat, narrow enduro-style seat with wide handlebars for better ergonomics. May also come with live-location sharing, remote tamper monitoring, and a bidirectional crawl function.
