Top 5 Upcoming Twin-Cylinder Bikes in India 2026: RE 750 to Aprilia Tuareg 457
The twin-cylinder motorcycles are the first choice for the rider who seeks a balance of power, reliability, and everyday usability. The remainder of 2026 is going to see many twin-cylinder bikes, but among them, there are five that are highly anticipated. The list of the same includes the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750, TVS Norton Atlas, Royal Enfield Continental GT 750, TVS BMW Twin, and Aprilia Tuareg 457. Let’s have a closer look at each of these upcoming two-wheelers.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 is expected to be unveiled at the EICMA 2026, and launch may happen by the end of 2026, followed by the delivery in early 2027. Reportedly, it will cost ex-showroom between ₹4 lakh and ₹5 lakh, depending on the variant. It may be placed above the Himalayan 450 and Super Meteor 650 in the brand’s portfolio. Set to be powered by a 750cc parallel-twin air/oil-cooled engine that will be bolted to a 6-speed gearbox.
Highly anticipated to get 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels with the tubeless tyres. Likely to get USD front forks and a monoshock as rear suspension, they will come with the long-travel setup. It is certain that the braking for the front wheel will be managed by a double disc, and the rear with a single disc with double-channel ABS and switchable rear ABS. The fuel tank is expected to be around 20 litres, and the kerb weight is 230 kg.
TVS Norton Atlas

The TVS Norton Atlas was showcased at the EICMA 2025, and reports say that the manufacturer may introduce it to the Indian market in the second half of 2026, and delivery may begin by late 2026. Still, there are no words from the bike maker regarding its pricing, but it is highly expected to be introduced with the price starting from ₹5 lakh, and the top-end may cost ₹6 lakh or even more.
Set to be introduced with a 585cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine featuring a 6-speed gearbox. It will feature a slip-and-assist clutch and a 270-degree crank. Expected to come with a top speed of more than 180 km/h and quick acceleration. Once launched, it will compete with the Honda NX500, Kawasaki Versys 650, Triumph Tiger Sport 660, Suzuki V-Strom 650 and CFMoto 650MT.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750
The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 is also expected to be unveiled at the EICMA (International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition) 2026; its launch may happen by late 2026, and delivery will begin shortly after that. Its ex-showroom price is expected to be between ₹3.8 lakh and ₹4.2 lakh. It will be positioned above the Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 in the brand’s line-up.
Most expected it to be introduced to the Indian market with the 750cc parallel-twin air/oil-cooled engine with a 6-speed gearbox. May get a 17-inch multiple-spoke at both ends with tubeless radial tyres. Expected features are USB charging, riding modes, slip-and-assist clutch, ride-by-wire throttle, and semi-digital display with Bluetooth connectivity and navigation support.
TVS BMW Twin
TVS Motor Company and BMW Motorrad have co-developed a twin-cylinder platform, one which they are planning to introduce a new motorcycle, the recently introduced BMW F 450 GS, is built on. They haven’t yet revealed its name or any details regarding its lunch. They may unveil it by late 2026; however, official confirmation regarding the same is still awaited.
Aprilia Tuareg 457
The Aprilia Tuareg 457 is yet to be unveiled globally, which may happen in the second or third quarter of 2026. Its Indian debut is expected by late 2026; pricing is still pending, but many sources suggest that it may cost ex-showroom above ₹5 lakh. It will be placed above the KTM 390 Adventure and the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 in the segment.
It may be powered by a 457cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that would be mounted with the 6-speed gearbox. It features a DOHC setup and slip-and-assist clutch. May get front and rear brakes at both ends, and features dual-channel ABS and switchable rear ABS. Set to come with a high-mounted exhaust, split seats and a large fuel tank.
