The 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is an upcoming street motorcycle from Bajaj Auto, the Indian automotive manufacturer, which has been spotted testing on public roads in Indian roads without any camouflage. The existing Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is available for sale in the Indian market with the 350cc internal combustion engine from April 2026.
The recently spied model is coming with the feature upgrades to enhance the riding experience. The 2026-year model is set to be similar to the one already on sale; for the upcoming one, the ex-showroom price is expected to be increased slightly because of the addition of the features.
A new display was spied.
Instead of a color LCD, the upcoming 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will have a TFT display. The spied image of this upcoming motorcycle confirms that the 2026-year model will have a 5-inch thin-film transistor instrument cluster, which shows all the driving data, including speed, RPM, fuel level, and gear position.
It supports wireless smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth for Google Maps with turn-by-turn navigation, music controls, message alerts, and call alerts. The feature of digital document storage is most likely what helps in storing registration certificates, insurance, and driving licenses.
Notably, the same 5-inch TFT display is also available for the recently launched next-gen Bajaj Pulsar 125, next-gen Bajaj Pulsar 1150, and 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS160 SS. 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z isn’t the only model that will get the new display; it will also be for the recently spied 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and 2026 Bajaj Pulsar N250.
The official confirmation regarding the features that we mentioned above for the TFT display is still undisclosed; we are expecting these to be available because three models that already went on sale come with the same features.
In the Pulsar family, Bajaj Auto has introduced a total of 14 models. Out of which, the three are already available with this 5-inch TFT display; the launch of the 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will add a fourth model to the lineup with this feature if introduced before the upcoming 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and 2026 Bajaj Pulsar N250.

Reports confirm that the only new thing in the upcoming 2026 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will be the 5-inch TFT display; besides, its rest will remain the same. A 349.13 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel injection petrol-powered internal combustion engine with the six-speed manual transmission is confirmed to be offered that cranks 40.6 PS and 33.2 Nm.
The availability of the Quickshifter is confirmed, which helps with clutchless upshifts and downshifts. The 43 mm USD fork and gas-charged monoshock are certain as front and rear suspension, respectively, which has 130 mm travel. The 320 mm solid disc and 230 mm solid disc are confirmed for the front and rear wheels, respectively, with the dual-channel anti-locking braking system.
The 17-inch alloy wheels are fitted at both ends with the 110/70 ZR17 front and 150/60 ZR17 rear tubeless tires. The fuel tank capacity is 12 liters, and the curb weight is 176 kg. The seat height, ground clearance, and wheelbase will be 805 mm, 165 mm, and 1,346 mm, respectively. A total of four driving modes will be available; they are Road, Rain, Sport, and Off-road.
Expected ex-showroom price.
The 2026-year model for the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z is expected to be a little costlier than the existing model; many reports suggest an increase of around 6,000 rupees. As the existing one is available with the ex-showroom price of 186,015 rupees, we are anticipating that the new one will cost around 192,000 rupees before taxes.
